Notify inifun immediately via email or live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
inifun accepts deposits via Indonesian local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 1-15 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider and banking system load.
All deposits must originate from accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. inifun reserves the right to reject deposits, request source-of-funds documentation, and reverse deposits suspected of fraud or money laundering.
Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds require completion of KYC verification, which may take 24-72 hours.
Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours after approval, though banks and payment providers may impose additional processing delays outside inifun's control. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily/weekly withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and vary by VIP tier.
Wagering Requirements: Deposits and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting applicable wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture and denial of withdrawal request. See Section 5 for detailed bonus terms.
inifun offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 1x to 50x the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games 10%. Maximum bet limits apply while bonus funds are active, typically ranging from Rp 10.000 to Rp 50.000 per bet or spin.
inifun reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, placing opposite bets to clear wagering requirements, using deposit/withdrawal cycles to exploit bonuses without genuine play, or colluding with other players.
Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Players in certain jurisdictions or meeting certain risk profiles may be excluded from bonus eligibility.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and bet type, which are available in the inifun betting rules section. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting body (e.g., FIFA for football, Thomas Cup organizers for badminton). inifun reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, on obviously incorrect odds, or in cases of clear player error.
For bandar bola (Asian handicap football betting), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (handicap markets), settlement follows industry-standard rules. Postponed or abandoned matches are typically voided unless otherwise specified in market rules.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live streaming technology. Game rules, payout tables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game interface. inifun does not guarantee winnings or payout frequencies — all gambling outcomes are determined by chance and game mathematics.
For traditional Indonesian games including togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting betting streams), results are determined by official draws or live match outcomes from licensed international operators. inifun acts as a betting platform and does not influence game outcomes.
inifun employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify irregular play patterns including but not limited to: collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, arbitrage betting across platforms, and any form of cheating or unfair advantage. Discovery of such activity will result in immediate account closure, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances. inifun may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
inifun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality checks, and self-exclusion options accessible through your account settings. inifun strives to maintain 24/7 Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment provider outages, or scheduled maintenance. In the event of game malfunctions, affected bets may be voided at inifun's discretion.
inifun integrates games and services from third-party providers (e.g., slot studios, live dealer operators, payment processors). We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party services. Claims regarding third-party games should be directed to the respective provider.
inifun reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, failure to complete KYC verification, requests from regulatory authorities, or extended account inactivity. Upon termination, any remaining account balance (excluding voided bets and forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 30 days.
Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of remaining balances is subject to standard procedures and wagering requirements.
All content on the inifun Platform including logos, trademarks, software code, graphics, text, and game interfaces is the intellectual property of inifun or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without written permission.
The "inifun" brand name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action.
These Terms are governed by international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction where inifun holds its operating license. Disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform should first be addressed through inifun's customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be escalated to independent mediation or arbitration as required by our licensing jurisdiction.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against inifun and consent to individual arbitration of disputes where applicable under our licensing framework.
inifun reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notice, or account notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
